Are you planning to attend the Great New York State Fair? An essential companion for your visit is this free app, designed to keep you informed about the various events and their locations with a comprehensive fair map. You can easily navigate the fairgrounds by selecting an event from the daily schedule, which will be highlighted on the map. The app allows detailed zooming in and out for a closer look at specific areas of interest without the need for internet access, as all data is stored locally on your device.

<li>The app features a satellite view that displays your precise location at the fairgrounds (requires internet access and IOS 7 or later).</li>

The app conveniently lists schedules for numerous entertainment venues, including concerts, variety stages, activity centers, villages, theaters, and concert series. However, please note that all-day events and specific schedules such as agriculture, horse-riding, or livestock activities are not included in the app.
Additionally, vendor information is not available in detail except for selected personal favorites. A link to the fair food finder has been included based on user feedback.
Other features include a map legend accessible below the building/exhibit list under the FIND button, tap functionality to display building names, and zoom capabilities with supported devices. An Offseason Events page offers year-round coverage of all activities at the fairgrounds.
